Date & Location 

Mysteryland takes place Saturday August 27th at the Floriade, Haarlemmermeer, near Amsterdam

ATM & Tokens 

You need special coins at the festival. These coins are for sale at different points across the festival area. The tokens can be paid for cash, debit and credit card.

What is the minimum age? 

18 years...so about to turn 18 doesnt count. You may be asked to show your ID.

Can I bring a (video) camera? 

As long as its not (semi) professional audiovisual equipment, you can bring a digital camera. Our advice is to take as many pictures as you can! Youll love looking at them again later!

Dress me up code! 

There is no official dress code, but we would appreciate it if you put a little work into your outfit, as this will only contribute to all the party fun!

Food & Snacks 

Of course we don't want you to starve at the festival, so besides your favourite DJs you also have a choice of a wide range of culinary delights. Anyone who visits the festival every year will know their way to the pizza or pancake places, as well as to to vegetarian, spanish, cultural cuisine!

Smoking rules 

Smoking is not allowed in the tents. Smoking outside is fine, but do try to stay environmentally conscious, and throw your cigarette butts and other junk in the bins.

Zero tolerance 

Mystery Land upholds a zero tolerance policy, which means that neither hard drugs nor soft drugs are allowed at the festival.

Sleep Over Packages 

Just like last year we offer our (inter)national party people the opportunity to book one out of three amazing Mysteryland Sleep Over Packages.

The Sleep Over Packages include entrance ticket(s), accomodation and transfer to and from the Floriade venue.

And going to collective confession with the irreverant reverend… but only after downing a shot of do-it-yourself absynth.

There’s even room for some surprising collabs, like hip hop artists Winne and Skinto with Headhunterz and Promo, both deejays of harder styles.

All you need to know about Mysteryland ticket sales

Ticket sales start this Saturday the 7th of May at 10 AM (CEST) Below you will find any further information concerning the sales.

Queue
There will be a queue system. The website will keep track of your position in the queue. When you push F5/refresh you will automatically be the last in line again, so please don’t refresh!

Attention! With this system it’s ‘first come, first served’. The queue gives you no guarantee that you can buy a ticket, but it’s the fairest way.

The queue will start when the ticket sales start.

How can I pay my tickets?
During the sale you can pay your tickets with the following payment types (please note that there are different costs involved for each payment method, you can see these costs in step 4 of the ordering process by clicking on the different types):

Error during your payment
If you get an error message during your payment, please click on the back button IN THE ORDERPROCES (not on the browsers’ the back button). You can try to pay your tickets again. If you do click on the browsers’ back button you will leave the order process and you will end up in the queue again.

Do I need to have an account to buy my tickets?
If you already have a Paylogic account, you can use this one.
Please check your account details before start ticket sales to be sure your password and email address are correct. If you are not sure you already have a Paylogic account, you can also check http://www.paylogic.nl/login.

If you don’t have an account, you can register yourself during the ticket sales.

Coats and stuff 

There are MyLocker lockers at the entrances. You can easily and safely store your belongings there, and won't have to worry about them while enjoying your day.

How to get there?

By public transport 

Of course the Mysteryland organization would like to promote public transport. Its safe, fast and environmentally conscious, and NS has arranged for more trains to run during the festival. Mysteryland is easiest to reach from Hoofddorp train station. A shuttle bus service will run between Hoofddorp and the festival area. The first shuttle buses leave on Saturday morning at 10:00. The last shuttle buses leave an hour and a half after the end of the festival.

Just a few tips to make sure you get home alright after the festival:

Find out as much as you can about your travel options and times. You can find the necessary information at www.9292ov.nl.

Make sure you leave Mysteryland on time so you dont miss your last connecting train or bus. Allow for a travelling time of about 45 minutes from the festival to Hoofddorp train station.
You can also request travel information by calling 0900 9292 (0.70 p/m).

By deluxe touringcar 

Voor degene die toch met de auto reizen is er
uiteraard voldoende parkeergelegenheid. De
parkeerterreinen zijn vanaf 09:00 uur geopend.
Volg de aanwijzingen van onze medewerkers voor
een soepel en snel verloop. Parkeer op de
aangegeven terreinen. Verkeerd geparkeerde auto's
worden zonder pardon weggesleept! Om
opstoppingen op de toegangswegen te voorkomen
wordt geadviseerd om zo vroeg mogelijk te komen
en de piekuren tussen 12:00 uur en 14:00 uur te
mijden.

By car 

The Mysteryland festival, "voormalige Floriade" area is in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer and can be reached in the following way:

Coming from:

Amersfoort (A1) / Almere (A6/A1):
Follow the A1 to Amsterdam and take the A10. After that, take the A4 direction Den Haag. Then follow the (electronic) signs indicating Mysteryland.

Utrecht / Zuid (A2):
Follow the A2 to Amsterdam and take the A9, direction Haarlem. Then follow the (electronic) signs indicating Mysteryland.

Leiden / Rotterdam (A4):
Follow the A4 to Amsterdam and take exit Nieuw Vennep N207/N205. Then follow the (electronic) signs indicating Mysteryland.

Alkmaar / Beverwijk:
Take the A9 direction Haarlem Zuid, exit Hoofddorp (N205). Then follow the (electronic) signs indicating Mysteryland.

Zaanstad /Purmerend:
Follow the A10 through the Coentunnel, direction Schiphol / Haarlem. Take the A4 to get to the A9. Then follow the (electronic) signs indicating Mysteryland.

Amsterdam:
Drive in the direction of Haarlem. Then follow the (electronic) signs indicating Mysteryland.

Parking 

Naturally, for those of you who prefer travelling by car there is plenty of parking space. The parking areas are open from 9:00. Follow the directions given by our Mysteryland crew members so everything goes smoothly and quickly. Park in the indicated areas. Wrongfully parked cars will be towed.

To prevent traffic jams on the access roads we advise you to come as early as possible and avoid the peak hours between 12:00 and 14:00.

We also advise you to purchase your parking ticket in advance, through this website. It saves you 4 euro's!

By private bus 

Heb je zelf een bus georganiseerd? Meld dit dan aan via busreizen@id-t.com. Noem in ieder geval de volgende punten:

In de week voor Mysteryland wordt de GRATIS parkeerkaart en handige route informatie naar je opgestuurd. Meld je niet van tevoren dat je komt met een touringcar dan kost een parkeerkaart 25 euro.

Dropping off and picking up 

If someone is driving you to the festival or picking you up afterwards, its a good idea to get dropped off at the Hoofddorp train station instead. There are shuttle buses running between the station and Mysteryland. Hoofddorp is easy to reach from the A4, exit Hoofddorp. Its best to get picked up here again later as well. In this way, you prevent delays due to traffic jams and you can stay at the festival as long as possible.

If you prefer being dropped off or picked up at the festival itself, an area at P-Noord has been designated to that end. Please keep in mind that you will most likely be stuck in traffic for some time, especially when leaving the area.
